At Zyrex, we are committed to providing high-quality, AI-driven services that meet our clients' expectations. To ensure transparency and fairness, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of initial payment. Refunds may be granted if the service has not been delivered as agreed, was misrepresented, or if the delivered outcome falls significantly below the outlined scope or expected standard.
 

Clients may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial payment. After this period, all sales are considered final. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Nick@Zyrex.ca. Please include your full name, date of payment, reason for the request, and a brief summary of the services rendered so far. We aim to respond within 5 business days of receiving your request.
 

Please note that refunds will not be issued for services that have already been completed or are substantially underway, for digital deliverables such as automation or chatbot builds once delivered, for consultation sessions that have been conducted, or for third-party platform fees (such as software subscriptions or licenses). Refunds also do not apply in cases where delays or outcomes are impacted by a client’s lack of responsiveness or failure to provide required information.
 

We reserve the right to issue refunds on a discretionary basis, even outside the scenarios listed above. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
